City planning register for Tallinn
City of Tallinn transitioned to a new planning register, integrating planning processes, document management, and public engagement into a single digital platform.

"Planners, real estate representatives, and other partners contributed to the project through working groups, providing valuable input into the solution," said Martin Karro, Head of the City Planning Department. "I am pleased that we were able to complete the development in just one year, thanks to the excellent cooperation with our IT partner, AS Datel, and our industry stakeholders. We will continue to refine the register to enhance the user experience and further streamline planning procedures."

This project was highly collaborative and fast-paced, resulting in a modern solution that significantly improves planning support," added Urmas Kõlli, Chairman of the Board at Datel. "We believe this more efficient system will allow the city to serve its residents even more effectively."
